Jack is a seasoned executive in corporate accounting and finance, with an exceptional track record of building corporate enterprise value. He has more than 25 years of financial and operational experience with background in the Senior Living and Healthcare sectors – including physician practices, skilled nursing, acute hospital and senior living.

Jack believes that financial growth depends on developing and executing strategic initiatives; ensuring accurate, timely and meaningful financial reporting processes; acquiring appropriate financing; ensuring cash and treasury function processes are strong, agile and manageable; and maintaining excellent banking/investor/customer/vendor relations.

With a career trajectory of increasing responsibility, Jack’s passion is helping companies achieve and sustain their highest level of financial success. He has served in key roles – as Chief Financial Officer for Hearthstone, Midwest Geriatric Management and Rosewood Care Center, as Vice President of Finance for Transforming Age Senior Living and Provision Living, and as Controller at Health South and Esse Health.

Jack has enjoyed coaching youth soccer in the St. Louis community for 20 years – with Lou Fusz Soccer Club, Webster Groves Soccer Club and the CYC organization. He also served as Board President of the Webster Groves Lacrosse Club. Jack now spends his free time working to improve his golf game. Jack received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, as well as Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Today, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at VedaPointe, LLC, Jack has oversight of all Finance and Accounting functions.
