Mark is a partner at VedaPointe, and a Senior Business and Technology Management Executive with 30 years’ experience. He built his career by establishing high-performing diverse teams, and crafting innovative, cost-effective, repeatable technology and business process solutions that positively impact customer experience and profitability.
Previously, Mark owned and operated MCA Consulting, where he worked with individuals, start-ups, and established organizations to strategize, mentor, and operationalize purpose-driven performance. Mark also served as Associate Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Officer at Saint Louis University, where he provided strategic oversight of campus-wide Customer Service, Infrastructure, and IT Operations.
In his previous decade with Accenture, Mark led the delivery of complex solutions and transformation projects through long-term engagements with SBC/AT&T and Express Scripts. He received multiple awards for his dedication to mentoring, people development, and leadership. Prior to Accenture, Mark delivered as a consultant and leader for companies large and small, including A.G. Edwards, Sykes Enterprises, Monsanto, iClast/Broadband Infrastructure Group, and StellarRAD Systems.
Mark makes his home in St. Louis, Missouri where he supports the arts. A recreational guitarist/gear nerd and patron of the arts, he served for 7 years on the board of the Arts & Education Council, and as a volunteer at Jazz St. Louis. For 30 years, Mark has remained an active committee member of the Shamrock Scramble – an annual golf tournament that helps individuals and families coping with cancer. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Southeast Missouri State University.
Today, as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at VedaPointe, LLC, Mark has broad oversight of Program, Project, Product and Agile Management; Human-Centered Design; Benefits, Finance and Facilities; Human Capital Management, Education and Training.
